What is the door doing?
Off the guides
Call 425-776-5162A forklift or a load caught the curtain and pushed it out of the side columns.
What we do Many of these doors are built to break away and be re-set. We feed the curtain back into its guides and replace what the hit damaged.

Six parts do the work on a high-speed fabric door
Any one of them can stop the door. Pick a number to see what goes wrong and what we do about it.
Roll and hood
The curtain winds onto a tube across the top of the opening, usually under a hood. These doors open and close all day, so the tube, its bearings and the way the fabric tracks onto it see steady wear.

Maintenance: a high-speed door opens and closes far more often than an ordinary door, so guides, sensors and the drive wear sooner. Regular service catches it before the door stops.
Straight answers
High-speed door repair questions we hear most
Not on the list? Call and ask. A person answers.
Call 425-776-5162Our high-speed door is stuck open and the cooler is warming up. What now?
Call 425-776-5162. The line is answered 24 hours a day, and an on-call technician can come out nights, weekends and holidays. If the full repair needs parts, we get the opening closed first.
Do you repair high-speed doors you didn't install?
Yes. We repair high-speed fabric doors, fabric roll-up doors and traffic doors of any make, including ones another company put in and ones that came with the building.
A forklift knocked the curtain out of its guides. Is the door ruined?
Usually not. Many high-speed doors are built to break away when they are hit and be re-set. We feed the curtain back into the guides and replace anything the hit bent or tore.
Can a torn curtain be repaired?
Often. Small tears can be patched, and on many doors a damaged section or vision panel can be replaced on its own. When the curtain is past that, a new curtain can usually go on the same frame and drive.
Which is right for us, a high-speed fabric door or a traffic door?
High-speed fabric doors are for openings that need a tight seal against wind, rain and contaminants. Traffic doors are a more economical line for openings that need less. Tell us about the opening and we will price the door that fits.
